And I can't believe I'm german on both sides of my family and haven't heard a word of German my whole life.
I have eaten saurkraut though. It's a Chicago-steamed hot dogs thing. O.o From my dad.

nazis are shit! -.- who i live in a city there are many..how should i say.. (russian,polnish,türky,alrabian) people. Me is a half pole XDDDD I am happy that i am not a fully german ^^´´

I'm half German, half Norse. I know a bit of both languages, but not nearly enough to hold a decent conversation.

I learned to catch a word or two from some German exchange students, but that's about the best I can do. My mother is German. Dad's Norwegian. Well, I do sometimes joke about being part vampire on my moms side, but I'm relatively sure that isn't true.

Yes. I supose I'd actually be considered a pure blooded American, since I'm in the third or fourth generation that's lived here (not sure exactly how many generations on mom's side). And I usually think of myself as being fully American. *shrug*
