this one I'm actually going to use the Teen Titans... maybe... oh well I won't let's just try to start it...
Robin sat in his chair, in front of the computer. What had happened? It was 12:00 AM already. He slowly rubbed his eyes. Another un-eventful day in Jump City. Had all the bad guys diappeared?
Robin yawned and shut the computer down. He rose like a robot and headed to his room. Maybe there'd be some action in the morning.
Robin dreamt of a girl that night. It wasn't any one on the team, and it wasn't any honorary titans. Who was she? he wondered. Robin tried running toward her but found he couldn't. He stared at his feet. They weren't stuck to the ground, they just felt heavy as a bag o' bricks. He stared at the girl again. She turned her head to look at him. She knew he was there. Robin yelled to her. She took no action to his yelling. Apparently she couldn't hear him. Robin continued to struggle until the girl turned he whole body to face him. Robin stopped trying to shuffle his feet and looked at her. Why did she look so familiar? Her hair, almost white, glistened in a light that he did not see. Her body was full of curves, but they were hidden in baggy pants. Her jacket was tattered, but it still showed the initials SW. Who was she? Just as she was beginning to walk to Robin, he woke up. The alarm bleeped and the red light illuminated his room. The clock on the side of his bed read 11:00 AM. How could he have slept that late? He lept out of his bed and grabbed his belt, putting it on before leaving the room. (I hope y'all remember that the titans sleep in theior clothes)
"Robin? Why have you awakened so late?" Starfire asked as Robin sped intot the main room.
"Nevermind that, Starfire, what's happened?" Robin looked at the screen, still shaking away the last shreds of his dream.
"Looks like Mumbo's found his way into the bank again," Cyborg said, pointing to the lower corner of the screen.
Finally, some action, Robin thought, and shouted "TITANS! GO!" With that, Robin ran to the garage and jumped on his R-cycle. He slipped on his helmet and pulled back on the gas. He was off to downtown Jump City, the other titans right on his tail.
"MUMBO, JUMBO!"
Robin arrived to the scene of the crime in a flux. Dove feathers flew everywhere, blocking his vision. He slid to a stop and pulled off his helmet. Mumbo was running down the street, two huge money bags in his hand.
"Titans, STOP HIM!" Robin yelled, pulling out birdarangs from his belt.
"Huh?" Mumbo said, turning around. "Ah, the goody good Titans... ABRA CADABRA!" he yelled, waving his wand in the air. Starfire blasted the cards and other magical items that flew out with starbolts. Raven attempted to grab his wand with her mind powers but Mumbo simply waved his wand again and threw them backwards, covering them with handkercheifs.
"Take som'a THIS!" Cyborg yelled, shooting his sonic cannon.
"Ha, smoke and mirrors, bub, smoke and mirrors," Mumbo said, conjuring up a mirror that reflected the cannon shot back at Cyborg. Cyborg tumbled into Beast Boy and fell to the ground.
Robin was just about to throw his birdarangs to catch Mumbo off guard when he saw something move sharply at the edge of his vision. He thought she had... white hair.
He turned his head and saw nothing but dove feathers. Robin stared puzzled for a second until he heard Mumbo.
"Mumbo, JUMBO!" was Mumbo's cry before trapping Robin under a cup and shuffling him around. "Pick a glass, any glass," Mumbo said, challenging the other titans to guess where he was. Robin banged his fist hard aginst the side of the cup. It was no use. He continued anyway, not giving up no matter how much his hand hurt.
"Uh, CHOOSE THE LEFT ONE! CHOOSE THE LEFT ONE!" Beast Boy cried. Robin was glad he chose his cup, for when Mumbo lifted up the glass Robin shot a rope-birdarang out, tying up Mumbo.
"Oh poo," Mumbo said. "You all are such show stoppers."
Starfire clapped as Robin grasped Mumbo. The police sped up the street and stopped right before Mumbo and the Titans.
"Here, take him," Robin said, shoving him over to the officers before turning around and joining the other titans.
"So, it's about lunchtime, TIME FOR LUNCH!" Cyborg said, rubbing his hands together.
"How bout pizza?" Raven suggested, gesturing to theor normal pizza place.
"Works for me!" Beast Boy said, walking off to the resturant. Robin shrugged and followed the other titans, still remembering the thing that had distracted him. He glanced over his shoulder wonce more, just to see the police carry mumbo away in their van.
