Name: Tier
Age: Appears to be 16 by Earth's standards but is actually over many centuries old
Height: 5’10
Weight: 150 lbs
Affiliation: Evil
Race: Phocbuian
Powers/Abilities: Can control ice and is well trained in using a sword. Can also use shadows to teleport.
Weapon: Mainly a sword made of ice called DeFroster, but can also create a variety of ice weapons (daggers, lances, etc.)
History: Circa A.D. 1993 in small town known only as Mazurka. In a large grass hut in the very center of this town are two young students, sparring with each other. The first, a black haired young man wielding a metal staff facing off against the second, a blue haired young man wielding two dagger, known as Tier. The first student lunged at Tier, waving his staff fancifully to prove he is no novice to battle. As he thrust down, Tier parries his strike with his first dagger, then relieves his opponent of his right hand with the other. Crying in agony the first yelled, “What do you think you’re doing? We’re suppose to be sparring?!” “You always were a weak one. Why the master gave you the mission, I will never know.” Tier spat. Quivering in anger, the handless student jumped at Tier as he turned his back. Spinning quickly, Tier froze the challenger in mid-air, encased in a block of ice. “Enough!” a cold, dark voice shouted from the shadows. Immediately Tier released the student and bowed to the ground. “Come Slade!” the voice shouted. The handless student quickly stood up and positioned himself before the ominous presence. With a thought, the Master created Slade a new hand. “Your time here has ended. Go and do not fail me!” “Yes my master.” Slade responded as he exited the small hut. Tier and Slade would not see each other again until Slade either completed or failed his mission. More than a decade later, a blue haired man was spotted entering Jump City. “Well my dear brother, it appears you failed to take over this pathetic city. Why the Master sent us here I will never know. But I will not fail as you did!” As Tier entered the city he saw the infamous tower that housed the Teen Titans. “These must be great warriors if they defeated my brother.” Tier stated to himself. “However they will find me a thousand times his superior.” Tier chuckled to himself as he disappeared into the shadows of the night.
